Year 3 and 4 Home Learning
As we have no access to photocopiers or printers at the moment we are having to put this weeks homework on the website. We have attached some mental maths activities for the children to have a go at at home. Depending on what group they are in for maths, if they click on their teachers name below it should direct you to an appropriate website where they can practise their mental maths skills.
We have also attached some websites of games that the children can play on to help with their knowledge of times tables.

If the children haven't yet had the chance to have a go at any of the activities below, then this would also be very beneficial:
Topic: In our topic lessons we are looking at 'Exploring Egypt' which is heavily geography and science based, so it would be really useful if the children could research the historical aspects of Egypt at home. This week could they research Egyptian God's, who they were and what the Egyptians believed they did.
Science: The children missed the opportunity to take part in the Science Fair on Friday so here is a website with lots of little experiments they could have a go at doing at home http://www.exploratorium.edu/science_explorer/
